Last Resort captures impressions of soils of various locations in cast silvery material. The medals proclaim fame and success, evoking the image of ancient, grand coins. The glossy surfaces contrast with the earth’s original rawness and bring to mind our own currency. A silent monument to the urgency of raising awareness of our exhausted soils.
